Hello,
We’ve found your plugin after the discussion on business bloomer. It is more than an improvement than just showing the bank details at checkout and would improve the manual confirmation of managers needing to confirm payments have been received.
I have a few queries though if possible:
1. It states no refunds, are refunds not a legal requirement? Our concern if it does not work or theres a conflict, we would expect a refund if unable to be fixed
2. The change log button does not seem to work nor does the roadmap, are these available ? If not, could you let us know the change log, expected released and features in the next 12 months.
3. I can’t see any free/limited version of this on the WP repo, has it been submitted for security review or any pentest performed?
Hi Kai,
Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in our Wise Bank Transfer Gateway for WooCommerce.
I really appreciate your detailed questions, here’s some clarification on each point:
1. Refund policy
We do not offer refunds, as stated on our site.
This policy exists because, unfortunately, we’ve had recurring cases of users purchasing our extensions, requesting refunds shortly after, and continuing to use the plugin.
That said, our team provides full technical support to help you get the plugin working properly in your environment.
The plugin is stable and has been tested across multiple WooCommerce setups, and we’ll assist you until everything runs smoothly.
2. Changelog & Roadmap
The changelog and roadmap buttons are currently inactive because the plugin has just been released.
This is version 1.0.1, and it represents the initial stable release. (0.1 because we fix a minor patch about the licensing management)
There is no roadmap yet, new features will be planned based on user feedback and requests.
3. Security & WordPress repository
The plugin is not available on the official WordPress repository because it’s a paid-only extension, the repository only accepts free versions.
This is standard practice for commercial WooCommerce extensions.
Regarding security:
The code follows WordPress and WooCommerce development standards.
We apply best practices for sanitization, escaping, and secure API handling.
The plugin does not process or store any money, it simply listens to Wise webhooks and reconciles payments in WooCommerce.
There’s no risk of injection or unauthorized access.
If you have any other technical or business-related questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out.
We’re happy to provide guidance on implementation.
